Our Toddler Program
In the Toddler Room the focus is on social interaction, language development, and building self-help and independence skills. It is important to establish trust with the children so they feel safe and happy at school. Toddlers learn how to follow directions and participate in a
small group setting. The enrollment of the toddler room is between 6 and 8 children, with 8 being the maximum. The minimum age for our Toddler Program is two years old. A daily schedule is followed which helps the children learn what to expect. The curriculum includes colors, shapes, counting, beginning letter recognition, fine motor skills, art experiences,
along with music and movement. At circle time there is singing and book reading. Every day
there are sensory experiences and the opportunity for dramatic play. The toddler curriculum
includes potty training when the child and family are ready.

Our Preschool Program
The Preschool Program is designed to promote social skills as well as academic skills.
The class size is kept small: 6-8 children. Preschool room ages will range from three to four years old, as we feel that children learn from each other. This ensures individual attention and the ability to work with each child at their own ability. The curriculum focuses on letter and number recognition as well as beginning phonemic awareness. Fine motor skills are developed through practical life work, beginning tracing and scissor work. Children will also learn through art, movement and music. Through playing and working with other children, your child will start to develop social skills and build relationships. They will learn to work together and learn to communicate their needs.
Our Preschool Program is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You can
choose 2,3,4, or 5 days per week. Extended care can be added until 2:30 p.m.
